This is not the finished house. This is a pre-cut Kit to make on your own and decorate as you wish. Perfect for any season and occasions such as , Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Valentine's...  If you are a putz house lover, you will enjoy making this kit any time of the year with your friends and family or... Just by yourself on a Sunday.

The kit includes 
* The different pieces of the house made of high quality Heavy White Cover Card stock; the pieces come pre-scored,
*Vellum Paper for frosty windows and doors to add style and give a more beautiful finish with lighting, 
* Detailed instructions to guide you on your project.
The Bottom of the house has a whole that can be used to for lighting.
The Kit does not Include lights.
This kit contains One house.

I would consider this as an intermediate level kit. However if you are a beginner Follow the steps-by steps instructions and you will be doing awesome.

3 sizes are available : The Design size, the Medium size and the Ornament size
* The Designsize : The measurements of the finished house will be approximately 6.75"wide x6" Deep and x6.75"Height equivalent to a 1:48 scale
* Medium Size ( my personal favorite size): The measurements of the finished house will be approximately 4.5"Wide x4" Deep and x 4.5"Height. This is equivalent to a 1:72 scale miniature.
* Ornament size : The measurements of the finished house will be approximately 3.37"Wide x3" Deep and x 3.37"Height equivalent to a 1:96 scale.

Important note: key differences :  In the Ornament size the windows come in one piece while they come in two pieces in the Design and Medium size. There may be slight differences in the cuts for the different size but the finished house is the same except for the windows that are slightly different.
