Processing time

All orders are subject to processing time. Order processing time is separate from the delivery time. Orders are processed within 1 to two business days.

 Personalized items are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after order placement

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout for domestic customers. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method. Domestic orders qualifies for free shipping when you spend $30 or more.

Considerations

Please note that while we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, and carrier-related disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience should such circumstances arise.

Inputting your address

To ensure your package is delivered properly, please input your address and contact information correctly including all required and relevant information. Make sure to use the correct building and apartment numbers as well as the correct abbreviations. 

We will not be liable for failed delivery attempts resulting from customer negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of incorrect or incomplete delivery information such as the shipping address, contact number, or recipient’s name. In such cases, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

In the event you notice your address has been input incorrectly,  contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue before shipping.
